We are proud to represent the Yamaha Five Star Certification Program Five Star Certified Dealers employ at least one technician who has worked his or her way through instructional programs and passed tests in all of the following five categories:
  • Diagnostic Tools (Mechanical, Electrical, & Fuel)
  • Two Stroke Engine Theory & Diagnostics
  • Four Stroke Engine Theory & Diagnostics
  • Electrical Systems Theory & Diagnostics
  • Drivetrain Systems
  • Five Star Certification recognizes a select group of Yamaha technicians who have made a commitment to quality service through factory training. These professionals have successfully completed a unique series of training courses offered by Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. designed to optimize their technical knowledge of Yamaha products.
  • Yamaha offers the Five Star Certification Program to dealers of any Yamaha product line. Only after the technician has successfully completed all categories will he or she earn the coveted Five Star Certified diploma and special uniform patch.
  • Five Star Certification is designed to give you greater confidence and the higher level of satisfaction that comes from quality, professional service.
  • Bought a new bike recently? Don't forget your FIRST SERVICE is due at 600 miles. New ATV? 10 hours. What do we do on the first service? It depends on what your riding but here's an example:
  • - Oil/Filter change (remove "break-in" oil from engine)
  • - ATV: Change front and rear differential oils
  • - Chain lubricate and adjust tension
  • - Inspect all major components
  • -Clutch Cable tension/ freeplay adjustment
  • -Throttle Cables inspection/ adjustment
  • -Front brake system operation (caliper and master)
  • -Rear brake system operation (caliper and master)
  • -Steering system inspection (check stem bearings)
  • -Front suspension inspection (inspect fork seals)
  • -Rear suspension/linkage inspection (check tension)
  • -Front and rear tire pressure adjustment
  • Some units we INSPECT VALVE CLEARENCE and adjust the valves. If you've noticed a loss in power on your new bike, chances are you need your valves adjusted. Call us.
